Your reception desk at Service Center should have simply told me that all I needed was a copy of the missing page from the operators manual !!! Would not have needed a scheduled appointment. Notwithstanding , Shiv was great to deal with!

I did not take the Caddy in my husband did. I talk to Scott several times on the phone and he was excellent. Very personable. My husband said the service dept was great. Having the use of an urber is great. Five star for excellent service. On the sales dept, Teddy doesn't have your back.
